IADB embodies another Member State: Granada
At the formal meeting 1373, held on March 23, 2016 at the IADB Head Quarters, the merger of Granada was completed as Inter-American Defense Board Member State, confirming the importance of the Board further strengthening integration and hemispheric cooperation. Now the IADB hold 28 Member States.
The first head of the delegation of Granada is the Commissioner of Police Assistant Michael Fançois.
Brief History of Granada:
Grenada is a Caribbean country constituted by the homonymous island and the southern half of the Grenadine islands, of which the largest is Carriacou. It has maritime border with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, northeast, and is also close to Trinidad and Tobago, to the southeast, and Venezuela, to the southwest. The country's capital is Saint George's.
